Each of these started as an operational problem no one had time to solve properly. The system is what's left after the problem stops being urgent.
SpinStrip runs across 32 interdependent microservices spanning tech, finance, sales, and operations. I designed and built the operational system the entire team runs on — from building the tech infrastructure through to launch — so shipping complex product work doesn't depend on any one person holding the whole picture in their head.
Cosmotran Global won the contract to execute Nairabet's national rebrand. I designed the operational structure needed to deliver it and was brought in to build and manage the execution team — involved throughout, from operational planning to field execution.
Numoni needed to run two growth motions at once: offline merchant acquisition and a newly launched online marketplace for merchants who prefer to sell digitally. I designed the online merchant acquisition system, trained and managed the sales team executing it, and built the reporting structure used to measure and track performance.
